Chase was born and raised right here in Chico, California. After finishing college at Chico State, he moved away to attend law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, he joined the negotiation team and successfully competed against other top students across the region.

After graduating, Chase worked for several large law firms in Sacramento. While he gained valuable experience handling complex, high-stakes cases at those big firms, his true goal was always to return to Northern California. He chose to base his practice here to serve the community that raised him and to grow his own family in the area he calls home.
